Returns & Exchanges

For a return or exchange to be approved, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with an unbroken hygiene seal.
For hygienic reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges of products where the hygiene seal has been broken, as the item is then considered used.
