Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy – MEHIVO

At MEHIVO, we want you to feel secure when shopping with us. We comply with EU consumer legislation and applicable hygiene regulations for underwear and shapewear.

1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

For the right of withdrawal to apply, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is in unused and untried condition
  • The hygiene seal is unbroken
  • All original tags are attached
  • You can provide a receipt or order confirmation

Since our products are underwear and shapewear, we cannot accept returns of opened or tried items, due to hygiene and health reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

  2. You will receive approval, instructions, and the return address via email
  3. Packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

Always check your order upon receipt. If the item is:

  • defective
  • damaged
  • the wrong item

contact us immediately at info@mehivo.com and we will assist you. The right to complain applies under consumer legislation, even for hygiene products.

4. Exceptions – Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or tried underwear/shapewear
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for unopened items that meet the conditions above:

  1. Request a return for your original order
  2. Place a new order once the return has been approved

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mehivo.com.
